For your complete Aura experience
• The opening hours of Aura are 9:00 – 20:00.
• Access to Aura is forbidden to kids below14 years.
• As the relaxation process is indispensable for a full well-being experience, book your
treatment at a time when you will be able to relax for at least 1 hour prior to, as well as
after, your treatment.
• Switch off your cellular phone.
• Take a luxurious warm shower prior to the treatment in order to commence the relaxation
process.
• For all facial treatments, we recommend that our gentlemen guests shave a minimum
of 4 hours prior to the treatment.
• We suggest you come to Aura 10 mins prior to your scheduled booking.
• Come to Aura in the bathrobe provided for you in your hotel room, or in loose and
comfortable cotton clothing. Keep in mind that you may still have oil on your skin after
the treatment which may stain your clothing.
• Remove all your jewellery and valuables in your hotel room prior to your treatment time,
as it is easy to forget a cherished ring or necklace after a thoroughly relaxing treatment.
• In respect for our clients and therapists, please take note that there is a 4-hour
cancellation policy, and all treatments not cancelled a minimum of 4 hours prior to their
scheduled time will be charged at 50% of the full treatment price. |

Aura Hammam
• The Aura Main Tepidarium is open to all guests between 09:00 and 20:00.
• In addition, the Aura Caldarium (steam room) and Frigidarium (chilled plunge pool) are
open to all guests between12:00 – 15:30.
• If you wish to use these facilities please note that swim wear is compulsory. |
